MERIEL & NATHAN
A new voice & piano album
A New Album Is Taking Shape.
Nathan Tinker and I will be recording our first voice-and-piano album together in Autumn 2026.
Drawing on our shared classical backgrounds and our love of the Great American Songbook, we're creating an intimate collection of songs filled with storytelling, nostalgia and atmosphere.
About the recording
A musical reunion
Nathan and I first met while studying at Guildhall and recently rediscovered a shared musical connection through the Great American Songbook.
Voice & Piano
An intimate recording featuring voice and piano alone recorded acoustically in a concert hall, allowing these songs and stories to speak directly to the listener.
American Songbook
Featuring classics including Stardust, A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square, Georgia on My Mind and Love for Sale.
